RECIPE PREPARATION Broccoli and cauliflower in the oven:

Put it in the oven for 30 minutes, take out the tray and sprinkle the grated cheese and the mozzarella slices, put it back in the oven and let it brown.

  5. In a bowl, break the eggs, beat well with salt and pepper, then add the wheat flour.
  6. Homogenize and you will get a thick and dense composition, through which, in turn, the bouquets of cauliflower and broccoli are passed.
  7. After dressing the bouquets of vegetables in the egg composition, they are rolled in breadcrumbs and placed in a tray lined with baking paper.
  8. Spray the bouquets with a little olive oil, so that our bouquets do not dry out too much when baked.
  9. The tray thus prepared is placed in the preheated oven, and the bunches of cauliflower and broccoli are baked until it acquires a beautiful golden and crispy crust.
  10. The bunches of broccoli and baked cauliflower are served hot, along with a sauce of your choice: guacamole, tomato sauce, cheese sauce, tzatziki, yogurt sauce with garlic, etc.

Because you bought and especially because I thought that my stock of cheeses in the fridge had decreased, that is, it had decreased from seven types to six. Plus some smoked ribs. Plus some beans called in French, flageolet beans. That is, it has green berries, it is very tasty and very good-looking. I used about 100 grams of a can. Anyway, let me tell you.

Ingredients for several servings:

& # 8211 2 pieces of broccoli, about 500 grams both after cleaning

& # 8211 100 grams canned flageolet beans (no obligation, just so it's green too)

& # 8211 about 100 grams of smoked ribs

& # 8211 1-2 tablespoons olive oil

& # 8211 a lot of cheese & # 8211 I put about 3 dishes & # 8211 mozzarella, a cheese with blue stripes of mold that I don't know what it's called anymore and some pieces of a kind of sweet cheese

& # 8211 100 grams of grated cheese because the cheese was not enough

& # 8211 salt, pepper to taste

You know that I told you in a previous post that I had some juice left from the mushroom cream soup, well stored for further use. Eh, now it's worth it. You put it to boil with a little more water & # 8211 to have been a total of about 3 liters and a little salt to be in which I added the flowers and the washed broccoli bunches. It should be mentioned, however, that this broccoli (even when boiled) is a real bomb of vitamins and minerals: iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C (double that of an orange), vitamin K, potassium, etc., etc. Beans, it was written on the can that it weighed 12.1 grams per 100 grams. Being divided equally and approximating about 6 servings of what I made, it means that I received about 2 grams per serving & # 8211 come 3, with beating.
