Pork breast with sweet cabbage


The pork is cut into pieces, washed and marinated in a mixture of yogurt, soy sauce, spices. I left it in the fridge until the next day.

The next day I put the meat with the marinade in a ceramic bowl. I added the chopped carrots, sliced ​​onion, a little chicken soup, rosemary and put it in the hot oven for about 60 minutes.

In the meantime I made the cabbage garnish.

I cleaned the two onions and cut them into small pieces. I put them to harden with a little oil. I added half a teaspoon of paprika and then the finely chopped cabbage.

Season with salt and vegetables, add a little water and let it boil. When the cabbage has softened, add about 100 ml of tomato juice (or more depending on the quantity and taste of each), dill and pepper.

When it is done, the meat is ready to eat. Fast and tasty.
