My husband is a big fan of fish brine. He always makes me cook them. This time I used pieces of carp and bream.

  • 1.5 kg pieces of carp and bream
  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes

  1. The fish is washed and dried by excess water.

  2. Then salt and grease with a little oil.

  3. It is ideal to grill fish.

  4. In its absence, I baked the salted fish on foil in the oven.

  5. Wash the peppers and tomatoes, grease them with a little oil and bake them in the pan.

  6. Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely. Tarragon crumbles.

  7. Cut the lemon into slices. Garlic is given through the garlic press.

  8. Heat the water and add the chopped vegetables, lemon, garlic and the rest of the ingredients.

  9. Taste and adjust the taste, if necessary with salt, pepper or apple cider vinegar.

  10. Put the baked fish in the prepared brine.

  11. Serve the fish brine with the polenta.
