  • a glass of cream.

Separate the egg whites from the yolk and beat the egg whites until they become foamy. Knead the flour very well with the lard, then add the egg white foam, the yolks, the baking soda, a little salt and the lemon juice for tenderness. For flavor we can grate lemon peel.

Mix all the ingredients and add in equal amounts yogurt and cream, until you get a thick dough that can be spread with a fork. Spread the dough in the form of a blanket, and then cut into small rectangles. Each rectangle will be cut in half. We will insert the tip of each rectangle through the hole in the middle, weaving and thus obtaining the lies.

She made the dough like pancakes, but with whipped milk and did not put baking powder or anything else to help it grow.
